Position Title: Sales Executive – Used Car Showroom
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager
Location: Ras Al Khor-2 Dubai

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building long-term customer relationships at our used car showroom. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. The Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving the company’s sales objectives and maintaining a positive brand reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (used car experience highly desirable).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory for test drives and car movement).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with high service orientation.
• Knowledge of car models, features, and resale values.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Multilingual ability (English required; Arabic/other languages a plus).
