Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth across Leinster, with a strong focus on Dublin. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of clients and opportunities, identifying and developing new business across a wide range of services – from façade cleaning and maintenance through to commercial flooring, heritage contracting, graffiti removal, and public works.
This is a client-facing role where building long-lasting relationships with tier-one clients is essential. You will work closely with our team of industry experts to tailor solutions for developers, property managers, councils, contractors, and residential customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across PMAC’s range of services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tier-one clients and key decision-makers.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and client portfolio to achieve agreed targets.
  • Collaborate with PMAC’s expert operations team to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build networks and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of PMAC by identifying trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
