Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proven, high-energy sales leader who thrives in complex B2B sales cycles, can sell visionary solutions, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to close big deals. This role combines selling cutting-edge RWD solutions and access to global R&D labs – two fast-growing, high-demand offerings in the life sciences market.

You will:

  • Own the sales process from prospecting to close, targeting senior decision-makers in pharma, biotech, CROs, diagnostics, and academic institutions.
  • Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio, generating six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor proposals for client needs.
  • Represent iProcess at global conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to expand the LabAxis lab network and RWD client base.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
