Location: Remote - Canada (excluding Quebec due to provincial employment requirements)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, marketing, business, languages, journalism, or communications.
  • 5+ years of sales experience. Work with healthcare, biotech or B2B clients is a plus.
  • Polished presence on Zoom and in-person
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Extreme responsiveness to inbound leads between 9am ET and 7pm ET.
  • Extremely strong self-management skills. Ability to self-manage and consistently meet deadlines while juggling multiple assignments.
  • A strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity and interest in the healthcare industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Confidence in presenting to senior-level executives.
  • Strong content organization, copy editing, creative writing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to “herd cats” internally and with prospective clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive. HubSpot Sales Hub, Better Proposals and Enable Us experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding quota attainment in previous roles
  • Diverse experience with SMB and Enterprise level clients

  • Manage and close inbound leads.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting.
  • Co-sell across a range of marketing service offerings in collaboration with internal experts.
  • Collaborate in the crafting strategic proposals and manage RFP responses.
  • Maintain detailed and organized pipeline tracking in HubSpot.
  • Prioritize and respond efficiently to a high volume of internal and external requests.
  • Present confidently to senior-level decision-makers across healthcare and life sciences.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.
