MatrixCare is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead direct sales efforts targeting long-term care and senior living facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing high-impact relationships with executive stakeholders, developing market-specific strategies, and driving revenue through consultative, solution-based selling.
This is a high-visibility position for a motivated self-starter with a passion for healthcare innovation and a strong record of exceeding sales goals. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of successful experience in software sales, ideally within healthcare or long-term care, senior living markets.
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in high-level, consultative sales environments.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions and presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the long-term care industry and healthcare sales cycle is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Completion of formal sales training programs (e.g., Challenger Sale, Strategic Selling) is a plus.
