Description RJ Logistics is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional passionate about delivering customized freight solutions and achieving measurable success. This position is responsible for the full sales life cycle: prospecting, communicating, cultivating, quoting, operating, and enhancing partnerships within assigned accounts. What You’ll Do: Identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting and outreach activities. Manage daily customer operations, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction. Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions. Exceed monthly sales and margin goals while fostering long-term client partnerships. What You Bring: Proven success in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales. 3+ years. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment. Experience with CRM and TMS systems preferred.
