POSITION:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and manage high-level relationships within the RV industry. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in RV OEM and retail channels, a strong understanding of the industry, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and close coordination with our OEM and retail rep groups to achieve revenue goals and expand our market presence. This is a sales-first position — focused on driving results before operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field
• Proven experience in sales within RV OEM, retail, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts in both OEM and retail channels.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing rep groups and cross-functional collaboration.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial by nature, with a willingness to execute — getting into the details and doing the work when needed.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
