Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing new business in Central Florida. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting all their MEP requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our MEP departments. You will join the dynamic team of one of the largest and fastest growing providers of commercial mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) energy efficiency services and solutions in the US.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful MEP sales experience and be high energy with competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our partners and clients. Your primary focus will be owner direct sales for MEP maintenance and service.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience within Service industry (MEP) - Experience in HVAC Sales Preferred
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Salesforce experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Establish customer rapport with products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
  • Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service/project members
  • Continually call on assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer relationships
  • Follow-up with existing sales proposals and leads.
  • Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage sales leads, customer orders and current projects in Sales Force
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics, including knowledge of local competitive pricing and must be able to apply economic consideration: first cost, operating cost, owning cost, to projects on candidate is working.
  • Work with the operations team to prepare and submit all technical data for approval. Review of all proposals and orders prior to processing.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims.
  • Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions
