As a Senior Sales Executive/Hunter you will seek and attract new clients through business partners and direct prospecting, achieving established sales targets and ensuring operational profitability. Are you a professional with experience in prospecting and sales? Do you have a passion for connecting with clients and closing deals? This opportunity is for you! What you’ll be doing: Prospect clients through referrals, internal outreach, and direct contact. Visit potential clients, present proposals, and close sales. Analyze the market to identify needs and suitable channels. Forecast sales and ensure goals are met. Evaluate the profitability and feasibility of new projects and accounts. Guarantee confidentiality, security, and compliance with internal policies. Participate in events, workshops, and exhibitions to enhance interaction with clients and partners. Promote training and compliance with safety and privacy regulations. ​What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Economic-Administrative fields, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or assistance sectors. A high level of proficiency in English (mandatory). French would be a plus (nice to have). Leadership skills, decision-making, and strategic analysis. Ability to work under pressure and effective communication skills. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in Office.
