The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and help us deliver outstanding advertising results across television and digital platforms in the Townsville market. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Townsville sales team and key internal and external stakeholders, while reporting directly to the Sales Manager in Townsville. You’ll play a key role in supporting revenue growth, leading high-performing sales initiatives, and helping deliver on Seven West Media’s ambitious commercial targets. What you'll do: You will be at the forefront of media sales, managing an existing portfolio whilst focussed on new business activity selling Seven’s premium TV airtime and digital products Ensure that monthly, quarterly and six-monthly television and digital sales budgets are achieved or exceeded. Drive revenue growth through television airtime, digital products, and commercial production services. Build strong client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to showcase Seven’s unmatched media reach. Take accountability for sales results across your portfolio of clients and support the Townsville office. What you'll bring: You’re a persuasive, organised, and results-driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client relationships with commercial performance. You’ll also bring: B2B sales experience (preferably within media or advertising) Proven ability as a persuasive, succinct and considerate communicator A proven track record in managing multiple projects and achieving set budgets Someone with hustle, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for media and sales. Computer Skills to an intermediate level including Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
