JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our data-driven digital print and direct mail solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of dynamic content technologies, including Quadient Inspire and related automation tools, and a proven track record of successfully selling into enterprise-level accounts.
This is a senior-level, high-impact role for a strategic hunter and solution-seller who is comfortable engaging with marketing and operations executives to craft scalable, intelligent customer communication programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in direct mail or digital print sales with a strong emphasis on data-driven communications.
  • Demonstrated success selling Quadient Inspire, dynamic templates, and content automation solutions.
  • Deep understanding of personalized communication technologies, customer journey mapping, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently or within a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance).
  • Familiarity with postal regulations, direct mail production workflows, and multichannel campaign integration.
  • Technical knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM integrations, and API-driven content systems.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and grow existing accounts in direct mail, digital print, and customer communications.
  • Leverage advanced knowledge of dynamic templates, variable data printing, and content automation to tailor solutions for each client.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales technical teams to present our full suite of capabilities, including Quadient Inspire, data management, and multichannel campaign execution.
  • Maintain and grow a network of decision-makers in industries such as finance, insurance, retail, healthcare, and more.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
