Responsibilities
  • Selling – Guiding customers through the buying process, helping them find the perfect bike, and closing deals.
  • Motivating and coaching – Keeping the team engaged, supporting their development, and ensuring they’re on track to hit their targets.
  • Stepping in for management – Covering for managers on their days off and annual leave, ensuring the team stays focused.
  • Helping the team hit targets – Because when they succeed, you succeed.
