Modus Create is seeking a driven, consultative Senior Sales Executive to help grow in the European hub our footprint across enterprise accounts, with a focus on R&D and specialised software solutions, cloud native product development, AI innovation, modernisation, and digital transformation.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on new business development and strategic expansion within mid-to-large enterprises, including high-growth disruptors and established market leaders.
GROW TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES INTO SALES LEADS
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE IN REGULATED OR MULTI-NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS
Proven ability to navigate EU-specific regulatory and compliance landscapes, including GDPR and industry-specific constraints. Brings flexibility to work across verticals and experience delivering compliant, high-impact solutions in regulated industries.
DEVOPS, PRODUCT ENGINEERING, OR AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE
Hands-on familiarity with modern development practices, software delivery pipelines, intelligent automation, and emerging AI/ML platforms. Able to collaborate with partners in cloud, DevOps, automation, and AI ecosystems to drive joint business growth and solution innovation.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE AT A HIGH-GROWTH, GLOBAL FIRM
Demonstrated success thriving in fast-paced, scaling environments with remote-first global teams. Skilled at navigating multi-country sales cycles and adapting to diverse cultural environments within the EU.
EXPERIENCE WITH ACCOUNT-BASED MARKETING (ABM) OR PRECISION PROSPECTING
Experienced in deploying account-based marketing strategies to support targeted prospecting, pipeline development, and strategic alignment with complex enterprise buying groups.
