About the Role As a Sales Executive within oOCFO team, you will be responsible for driving new business across the DACH region. You’ll engage with corporate clients to deliver innovative treasury and payment solutions that help streamline operations, optimize liquidity, and manage risk. This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of treasury and payments, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FIS’s footprint across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within corporate treasury and finance departments. Lead client engagements from initial discovery through to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, product, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within FIS CRM systems. Represent FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region. What You Bring Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within treasury (must) Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations and payment ecosystems. Experience selling into mid-to-large corporates across the DACH region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Added Bonus If You Have Experience with FIS solutions or similar platforms. Existing network within corporate treasury or finance functions. Knowledge of regulatory and market trends impacting treasury and payments in DACH.
