Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven, commercially astute Senior Sales Representative to join Chronicle’s sales team. This role requires someone who can hunt for new business, manage mid-to-large size deals end-to-end, and help strengthen our market presence. You’ll be expected to combine strong sales process discipline with initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to close business with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and close new business opportunities in the SME and mid-market space.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Work closely with marketing and account management to ensure smooth handovers and client success.
  • Contribute to Chronicle’s sales playbook, refining messaging, demos, and objection handling.
  • Represent Chronicle at client meetings, events, and industry trade shows.
  • Provide feedback to the product and delivery teams based on client needs and market insights.
