THE OPPORTUNITY – SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, cultivating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role in sales.
· Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE is essential.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

· Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or related field.
· MBA (advantageous)
· UAE valid driving license with own car
· Knowledge of Waste Management industry and commercial awareness
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
· Well-versed with the locations in the Abu Dhabi region.
· English language essential
· Hindi / Urdu / Arabic advantageous
