POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive strategic growth within our LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and Managed Transportation Services (MTS) segments. This role will focus on acquiring and growing small to mid-market -level clients, delivering tailored logistics solutions that optimize Carrier options, freight performance, reduce costs, improve supply chain visibility and system integration.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 5–10+ years of proven success in LTL freight sales, 3PL, or managed transportation solutions.
· Deep understanding of LTL pricing & networks, carrier negotiations, and TMS technology.
· Experience selling complex logistics solutions and managing long sales cycles.
· Ability to sell value over price, especially in managed transportation and freight-as-a-service models.
· Strong business acumen with ability to analyze freight data, identify savings, and present ROI.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred, but not required. —
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Prior experience with Freight Under Management (FUM) or 3 and 4PL services.
· Knowledge of API/EDI integration, shipment visibility tools, and transportation tech platforms.
· Existing book of business or strong industry network a plus.
· Experience in FTL, Brokerage and Intermodal

Pay: $74,457.46 - $89,669.20 per year

· Lead strategic sales efforts targeting shippers and 3PL clients in need of LTL, Parcel and/or managed transportation services.
· Identify and target potential shippers through research, networking, and outreach.
· Prospect, qualify, and close new business through consultative, solution-based sales strategies.
· Build strong relationships with C-level and senior logistics/supply chain decision-makers.
· Develop and present customized transportation solutions, RFP responses, pricing proposals and lead sales presentations.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and Integration.
· Stay informed of market conditions, carrier changes, NMFC updates, and LTL industry trends.
· Maintain a healthy pipeline and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
