We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by building strong client relationships and optimizing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Lead a team of sales executives, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their performance. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline. Manage key accounts and operationalize effective customer engagement practices. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform decision-making. Present customized solutions to clients, showcasing Nowlun's unique value proposition. Analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding is A MUST. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
