JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Showroom Management: Oversee and enhance showroom displays and presentations to create an engaging environment that attracts and retains clients.
  • Sales Tools Enhancement: Regularly update sales tools to improve effectiveness and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain and update finishes, sample rooms, fabrics, flooring, wallpapers, and other materials to ensure a diverse and appealing selection.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create and present comprehensive presentations for furniture, accessories, wallpaper, and curtains, utilizing AutoCAD drawings and other design software.
  • Price Tag Supervision: Ensure accurate and attractive price tags and ambiance sheets are displayed for client reference.
  • Template Improvement: Continuously refine all templates used for sales, presentations, and communications to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Project Coordination: Manage the coordination of projects, including supplier and site visits, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.
  • Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor showroom stock, focusing on best sellers and must-have collections to optimize inventory management.
  • Client Engagement: Attend to walk-in clients in our 16,000 sq. ft. showroom, providing personalized assistance with their soft furnishing and interior design needs.
  • WOW FACTOR Promotion: Actively promote the WOW FACTOR design contract to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of RBFD collections to meet or exceed sales targets set by management through effective relationship building and product knowledge.
  • Site Survey Execution: Conduct site visits and prepare detailed site surveys, ensuring an accurate understanding of client requirements.
  • Quotation Preparation: Draft comprehensive quotations with all relevant details, ensuring transparency and clarity for clients.
  • After-Sales Service: Deliver exceptional after-sales customer service in accordance with RBFD procedures and policies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Quality Management Compliance: Adhere to ISO 9001 QMS standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Excel, and Word; familiarity with additional design software is a plus.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed on designer furniture, fabrics, leather, and the latest trends in fashion, providing clients with informed recommendations.
  • Promotional Event Organization: Plan and execute showroom promotions periodically to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Damage Prevention: Implement strategies to minimize furniture damage caused by clients and staff, maintaining the integrity of showroom products.
  • Creative Solutions: Propose innovative and creative design solutions to meet client needs and enhance project outcomes.
  • Client Feedback Mechanism: Establish a system for gathering and addressing client feedback to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
  • Sustainability Practices: Promote environmentally friendly practices and materials to appeal to eco-conscious clients.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales Experience: 2 years minimum proven experience in sales and showroom environments, particularly in the furniture or interior design sectors.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management and punctuality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Color and Product Coordination Expertise: Expert in product and color coordination to assist clients in making informed design choices.
