Job Description This role is based in our China Resources Building office. Role Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to oversee the sales and BD activities of Super Terminal Expo. Super Terminal Expo focuses on intermodal terminal design & development, exploring the unique challenges and opportunities in intermodal transportation hubs, with a focus on airports. This position is great opportunity for you to leverage your knowledge, experience and network in aviation sector and make an impact on the industry. Job Description 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth. Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and KPIs for the team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness. Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture. 3. Revenue & Performance Management: Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and manage sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and pricing strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and partners. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement SF tools and processes to enhance customer engagement and retention. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends. Qualifications Education • Bachelor's or master’s study in business or related fields Skills and Industry Experience Proficient English 5+ years sales management experience in aviation industry; experience with large-scale exhibitions (like Super Terminal Expo) preferred. Sales & Strategy Proven track record in developing sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and achieving revenue targets. Ability to analyze sales data, market and competitor dynamics to optimize strategies. Team Leadership 3+ years’ experience in leading a sales team; skilled in team recruitment, training and KPI management. Able to foster a results-driven team culture. Customer Management Strong ability to build long-term client partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. Familiar with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM tools.
