REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3+ years of Real Estate experience in UAE (mandatory)
• Proven track record in sales & team management
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Fluent in English (Hindi, French, Spanish, Persian are a plus)

• Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate brokers
• Achieve sales targets and ensure team performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide transparent guidance and close high-value deals
