Job Description Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement Catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in line with Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s positioning. Proactively source, identify, and build strong relationships with potential MICE clients, planners, and vendors. Manage end-to-end Events sales process, including proposals, negotiations, contracting, and handover to operations. Collaborate closely with banquet, culinary, and event operations teams to ensure seamless events experiences. Create and maintain updated events packages, promotions, and sales tools to stay competitive in the market. Represent the hotel at events fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in wedding or event sales within luxury hotels or wedding/event planning companies. Strong network and relationships within the wedding industry, including vendors, planners, and associations. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects. Additional Information Why Join Us?
