• Senior Sales Manager – Cladding Industry

  We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales in the Cladding industry. The ideal candidate has a strong network in construction/industrial sectors and a solid track record in achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• 5–8 years UAE experience in roof cladding, cold stores, steel structures, or sandwich panels
• Strong client base and industry knowledge
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Cladding Sales : 5 years (Required)
• roof cladding, cold stores, steel structure, Sandwich panels: 4 years (Required)
• in managing the team: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)

• Drive sales growth and hit monthly targets
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Attend client meetings and industry events
• Ensure payment collection and credit control
