(SENIOR) MARKETPLACE SALES MANAGER EMEA (F/M/D)

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Sales Manager to lead our EMEA Marketplace sales teams across product support, customer service and inside sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building the industry’s best customer experience, and ensuring the smooth operation and development of the Marketplace Sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to set and achieve EMEA sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop and implement regional customer service policies, standards, and processes to support business goals and scalability
  • Train, motivate and develop sales team leaders for product support, customer service and inside sales to achieve or exceed sales goals
  • Ensure a Customer First Culture with a collaborative team environment to continuously improve customer experience
  • Achieve and safeguard world-class customer service and support, regarding quality, speed, and method of reacting to and resolving customers’ needs
  • Identify emerging markets and shifts in the industry to capitalize on new opportunities using data
  • Assess and report on sales metrics, forecast future sales, and construct and manage budgets
  • Identify operational improvements from optimizing processes and systems to meet the customer needs and share such learnings with other global teams
  • Contract review authority for tenders and larger house accounts
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Distribution Centers to ensure seamless customer support, issue resolution and drive strategic initiatives
  • Infrequent travel required to visit key customers and channel partners to strengthen relationships, to participate in some tradeshows and visit our regional offices
