About the role Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Sales Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience. What you will do To strengthen retention of high-performing senior-level sales professionals, with demonstrated track records, whose motivation, skills, and aptitudes are best suited for a future career as a Sales professional, rather than as a Director of Sales or Director of Marketing. Advantages Creates a demonstrably more senior-level professional sales position in both the hotels and Worldwide Sales Office locations for not more than 10% of our Sales professionals. Recognizes and rewards long-term, high-performance sales professionals whose satisfaction and effectiveness are likely to be maximized in a more specialized, “individual contributor” role. Gives experienced and skilled hotel sales professionals a sound reason to remain with and continue to contribute to a hotel’s and/or the Company’s success. Enhances status in parallel with performance expectations. Matches “best practice” in top performance sales organizations. What you bring 1. Wishes to pursue a career in professional selling rather than in sales management. 2. Has at least two years of experience as a Four Seasons Sales Manager or 5 years total sales experience, including Four Seasons; 3. Has an exemplary record of performance in all key areas of responsibility, including: demeanour; client relations; c. Prospecting and pro-active sales activities; d. Supportive team player; e. Maintains high levels of “hygiene” in Delphi or VISION and other administrative responsibilities. 4. Is highly respected by clients and colleagues. 5. Has always achieved above-average annual performance reviews (MDR) with Four Seasons. 6. Has been a President’s Club or Achiever participant for at least two of the past four years. 7. Has been nominated Salesperson of the Quarter in his/her hotel or WSO at least twice in the past two years. 8. Any individual promoted to Senior Sales Manager should be comfortable remaining in this position for an indefinite period.
