We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Gaming Partnerships to be the foundational sales hire for a revolutionary new product feature offered by Almedia.
This innovative solution is set to transform how game developers monetize their users, empowering them to boost retention and unlock entirely new revenue streams from both existing and newly acquired players. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s a chance to directly shape our go-to-market strategy, build our sales playbook from the ground up, and truly challenge the status quo in rewarded monetization.
This role can be located onsite in our Berlin office OR remote from China or Israel.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Hands-On Sales: Independently identify, prospect, and close deals with high-volume mobile game publishers, particularly targeting the top 100 studios by US downloads. This includes cold outreach, pitching, negotiating, and securing signed integrations.
  • Build & Own Go-to-Market: Define and execute the end-to-end sales strategy, including market segmentation, target account prioritization, and articulation of our unique value proposition in direct sales pitches. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust outbound sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Value Communication: Expertly communicate how Almedia’s platform enables game developers to monetize existing traffic and enhance user engagement through a new revenue stream.
  • Collaborate for Product Growth: Work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, channeling publisher feedback and market insights to continuously refine Almedia’s platform offering and ensure successful integrations.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Demonstrate high conversion efficiency from initial contact to closed-won deals and contribute to scaling our sales processes for future growth.
