Reports to: Head of Business Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives across our IT solutions and consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, deep knowledge of technology-driven solutions, and the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and revenue growth across IT solutions and consulting offerings. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, etc.). Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to craft tailored solutions that address client needs. Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in IT solutions or consulting services. Demonstrated success in engaging and closing deals with C-level executives. Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and digital transformation trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
