Department: Sales Location: Milan, Italy Role Overview The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic agency and client partnerships. This role focuses on managing high-value relationships, winning new business, and positioning Channel Factory as a trusted partner in contextual video advertising. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of key agency and direct client relationships. Experience with WPP and Omnicom is preferred. Drive new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end. Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustained revenue growth. Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Represent Channel Factory with senior stakeholders and at industry events. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales. Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube, and the media buying ecosystem. Confident communicator in both English & Italian, with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution. Why Channel Factory?
