About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Key Accounts & Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key account relationships, and drive revenue growth across priority markets. This senior-level position requires a strong commercial acumen, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives. This position will oversee high-value client accounts, lead complex deal negotiations, ensure the successful delivery of solutions, from initial pitch and demonstration to project implementation and final payment collection. This role goes beyond individual sales performance to include mentoring sales team members, optimizing sales processes (SOP) and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. Duties & Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through strategic acquisition, expansion, and retention of key accounts. Manage existing key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and untapped markets Lead client engagements, including executive-level presentations, contract negotiations, and long-term relationship management. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Operations, IT, Product, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and client delivery. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches. Mentor and coach sales team members, fostering a high-performance team culture. Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of individual and team sales targets. Optimize sales processes and workflows in alignment with SOPs and best practices. Responsible for supporting the team to meet sales targets and address performance gaps. Qualifications Must Have Min 7+ years of hands-on sales experience preferably in Hospitality SaaS, POS technology, or platform-based business; owning sales targets, pipeline management, and forecasting for a defined market At least 2+ years in a senior sales or leadership role, with experience leading or mentoring sales team members Proven track record of driving new business development while managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets Strong ability to work in a hands-on, player-coach role with team leadership Excellent sales presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally (e.g. Marketing, Product, Operations) Ability to think strategically and analytically in a fast-paced, competitive environment Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales reporting Understanding of hospitality software or F&B market industry, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; business-level English required for communication with regional and global stakeholders Preferred Sales Experience focused in F&B Tech, Dining platform, or Restaurant Technology Industries Language skills Chinese Native English above Business level of verbal & written communication skills (Internal communication will be mainly in English) Conditions & Work Environment Position Type : Permanent / Full time employee Working hours: 9:00〜18:00 Holidays: Sat, Sun and China national holidays Others: Business Travel may be required Location Shanghai (China)
