Senior Sales Manager (KSA Market) Department: Business Development Location: Riyadh, KSA Reports To: Head of BD Objective Lead strategic sales and revenue growth across the public and private sector in Saudi Arabia through proactive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of the company’s portfolio of consulting, research, and data-driven solutions Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and market growth objectives. Identify, engage, and close high-value clients in the KSA private sector across multiple industries. Build and nurture long-term client relationship at C-suite and decision-maker levels. Pitch DRC’s catalog of services (Data, Research, Consultancy, Data Collection). Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance and pipeline efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure tailored client solutions. Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to drive product and service enhancements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within consulting, data, research, or digital solutions. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-million SAR sales targets. Strong network and relationships within KSA’s public and private sector. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to lead and inspire sales teams, drive performance, and deliver strategic growth. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and data-driven sales management.
