We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and collaborative sales manager, who thrives on challenges and in delivering results, to join our team in leading the energy transition for the ANZ markets.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be to drive growth by leading high-impact commercial engagements and fostering lasting customer partnerships. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Fluence’s presence in the ANZ market through strategic sales efforts and by acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:



    • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the power and energy sector

    • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from proposal through negotiation and closure—with large, complex EPC/full turnkey contracts
    • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with a track record of solving multifaceted business challenges
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with existing customer networks
    • Experience in energy storage is highly desirable; alternatively, a strong background in the utility-scale renewable or conventional power sector, with a solid grasp of grid connection and investment decision processes
