Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the full sales cycle and identify new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with the Technology, Operations, Growth and Leadership teams to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor new team members and foster a culture of continuous learning within the company.
- Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
- Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed decisions.
