Responsibilities
  • Manages and develops a diverse client portfolio including corporate, government, MICE, leisure, and business travel agent accounts, ensuring alignment with business mix strategy and RFP success.
  • Monitors market trends and competition, providing regular reports with actionable insights and proposing strategies to drive revenue and mitigate risks.
  • Executes sales strategies and negotiates deals within set parameters for various segments including transient, long-stay, and group business, while maximizing upselling opportunities.
  • Maintains accurate account management through timely reporting, CRM upkeep, and performance tracking, contributing to meetings with market and customer intelligence.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, handling complaints, fostering loyalty, and promoting cross-selling across the brand portfolio.
  • Supports team development and collaboration by leading by example, participating in training, conducting site visits, joining client entertainment, and coordinating joint sales efforts.
