We’re seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic engagement with key players in the maritime industry, focusing on sustainability-driven solutions and commercial growth. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who understands the operational and business landscape of shipping and is eager to help clients adapt to evolving market expectations around sustainability. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your work directly contributes to shaping future-focused partnerships.

YOUR BACKGROUND

We’re looking for a commercially minded professional with deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach to relationship building.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in the maritime or shipping sector in commercial, client-facing role,
  • Strong existing relationships within the industry,
  • Excellent analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to turn market trends into actionable business opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a flexible mindset suited to fast-moving and evolving market environments.
Responsibilities

In this client-facing leadership role, you’ll develop tailored strategies that align with industry shifts and client priorities.

  • Drive business development efforts with maritime companies—including shipowners, ship managers and operators—introducing solutions that support long-term performance and sustainability goals.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to internal teams, helping shape strategy in response to industry changes and emerging client needs.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities created by shifting operational standards, stakeholder expectations, and evolving corporate priorities.
  • Develop and present customized strategies for clients, incorporating market tools and advisory services designed to support strategic transformation.
