Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) division in the beautiful island destination of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive growth in our MICE business. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize MICE revenue and market share Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE sector, with a focus on both domestic and international markets Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and client satisfaction Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets for the MICE division Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in MICE sales, with at least 2 years in a management role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of the MICE sector and current market trends Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Vietnamese, are a plus Experience working in the Vietnamese or Southeast Asian hospitality market is highly desirable Industry certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CITP (Certified Incentive Travel Professional) are advantageous Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to relocate to Phu Quoc, Vietnam Additional Information What awaits you...
