Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales operations across Chennai and Bangalore regions, based out of our Udaipur office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to capture market opportunities in the competitive MICE industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with visionary leadership to expand our market presence and establish our organization as a preferred partner for corporate events and conferences. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the Chennai and Bangalore territories Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, and decision-makers in the MICE sector Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic planning and identify new business opportunities Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and organizational capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client success Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reviews and insights to senior management Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility and generate leads Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the MICE, hospitality, or events industry Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals Strong knowledge of MICE market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a consultative selling approach Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools Proven experience in territory management and multi-location sales operations Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive business decisions Ability to travel to Chennai and Bangalore regions as required **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience managing sales operations across multiple regional markets Familiarity with corporate event planning and conference organization Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices Advanced presentation and public speaking skills Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools Track record of successfully launching new service offerings or entering new markets Certification in sales management or professional selling methodologies Additional Information An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
