Your day at NTT DATA As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering comprehensive technology solutions to enterprise clients. Your focus will be on developing new business, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and expanding strategic accounts across multiple industries. This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about helping clients solve complex business challenges through technology. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail...). Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise-grade technology solutions, from prospecting to deal closure. Engage directly with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business needs and position tailored solutions with clear value propositions. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce; maintain accurate forecasts and reporting. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Regional, and Global teams) to design and deliver high-impact solutions. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders. Represent NTT DATA at industry events, seminars, and executive roundtables to build brand presence and generate leads. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in IT services, consulting, or enterprise solutions. Proven track record of engaging and closing deals with enterprise clients, especially at the executive level. Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and digital transformation trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Good at verbal and written English. Academic qualifications and certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing or a related field. Required experience: Extended experience in a sales management role, preferably gained within a global technology services organization. Extended sales work experience gained within a similar environment. Extended strategic planning and operational execution experience. Extended track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and driving business outcomes. Extended experience negotiating on extremely critical matters.
