Description

We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Manager, Sales GAS to join our Packs team (EASTPAK, JANSPORT, KIPLING) in Germany.
Let’s talk about the role
Reporting into the Field Sales Director, you will be responsible to spearhead execution against long term and seasonal key customer plans with National, Strategic and independent Accounts.
You will cascade our Brands’ strategic choices, supporting the holistic omnichannel logic to deliver against the financial targets and to make our PACKS brands the market leader in the GAS region.
How you will make the difference
Accountable for leading, developing and driving plans, actions and decisions that deliver sales growth, grows margin and profit for the brand.
Master Go-to-Market processes and Sales Efficiency model to deliver qualitative results.
Manage the strategic account plan, ensure complete execution and align seasonal initiatives with Go-to-Market strategy.
Plan, control, and direct activities of the accounts to hit all different financial sales targets (seasonal prebook, monthly shipping, quarterly and yearly net sales).
Apply segmentation and differentiation strategy within the current and future distribution channel(s) to build the base for sustainable growth.
Utilize deep insights into business and consumer to sustain and grow business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities and making appropriate recommendations.
Lead, motivate and develop Sales Team including annual objective settings and performance plans.
Build strong working partnerships with Agents / Distributors / Teams
Collaboratively work x-functions (finance, sales operations, customer operations, credit…) to ensure optimal execution for the brand.
Networking: Externally: establish and maintain top level contact with the management of existing and potential customers/ partners. / Internally (EMEA): be a source of solution and inspiration to empower collaborative workstreams with peers and managers across other functions and channels.
