Senior Sales Manager About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strategic business opportunities for our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating room, meeting, and event business while building long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade accounts to achieve revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales activities. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and maximize repeat business. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, networking events, and property site inspections. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities. Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize hotel performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions. Maintain accurate sales activity reports, account plans, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems. Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to the overall commercial strategy of the hotel. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of the corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade markets. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM or sales management systems. Experience working with international hotel brands is an advantage. Preferred Experience Existing network of corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and DMCs. Experience in the Thailand hospitality market is highly desirable. Understanding of hotel revenue management and commercial strategy.
