Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for direct Marketing and Sales Activities for Reflective Sheeting and other devices for MY, SG and INDO .You will report to the Business Head, Reflective - South Asia n ASEAN.You will be based in Kajang / Bangi. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Maintain, develop excellent relations and motivate existing Channel Partners. Appoint New Channel Partners Talk and spec in with Government Departments. Plan and Manage business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy. Manage product mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. To achieve sales and Collection as per the given plan. Plan and Implement Marketing and sales strategy for given Region Forecasting of sales Monitor and report on Market and competitor and provide relevant reports and information. Lead team of 1 member based in INDO (TBD) Leading the marketing (physical and digital) in the region Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Bachelor's degree is required preferably from Sales/ Marketing. 10 years+ of relevant experience in managing Distributors/ channels Strong Channel handling expertise Experience in dealing with Govt. is preferred. Experience working in Infrastructure, Road Sector and Ancillary Industries, OEM Printer Manufacturer, Paint, Lighting & Electrical is a must Strong business acumen – Ability to identify a potential business opportunity and translate it into business Ability to execute a sales strategy to increase market share Collaborate with other functions – Excellent team player Adept in preparing reports, pipelines, presentations as per the requirements Additional Information AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES EMPLOYER.
