Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • -
    • Provide total account management to assigned accounts so as to maintain and develop new business opportunities for the hotel, thereby increasing market share of existing accounts in order to achieve budgets
    • Prepare and submit relevant administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner such as sales call schedules, sales call reports and monthly reports to ADOS/DOS
    • Maintain an efficient customer database system (OPERA), this is essential in generating sales activities report.
    • Update customers with the latest developments in the hotel and inform hotel management of all changes in the customer profile.
    • Seek out and target new customers, new sales opportunities and initiate action plan to secure new business for the Hotel
    • Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major segments through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.
    • Any other duties assigned by the Dept. Head.
    • Thoroughly familiarizes oneself with the Hotel’s emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
    • He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings.
    • Carry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.
