As we expand our commercial footprint, we are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance our market leadership.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Sales Manager will spearhead corporate client acquisition, manage high-value contracts, and build strategic vendor partnerships. This leadership role requires a proven B2B sales professional who can design winning strategies, close complex deals, and deliver scalable business growth while ensuring compliance with UAE commercial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or fleet-based services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and corporate contracting.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
