Represent SageSure at targeted tradeshows, industry events, and high-profile producer meetings to strengthen brand presence. Provide actionable market intelligence and producer feedback to guide regional and company-level strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, policy services, and product teams to ensure regional success. Mentor and develop Sales Managers and Agency Success Managers, sharing best practices and reinforcing high-performance standards. Oversee new producer onboarding and training programs to ensure readiness and adoption of SageSure processes and tools. Act as a subject matter expert on SageSure’s quoting systems, guidelines, and producer-facing tools, providing training as needed. Manage key producer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of policy or system issues. Optimize regional travel schedules, meeting cadence, and budget allocation for maximum sales impact. Support product development and annual filing reviews with field-based insights. Partner with marketing to execute brand-building initiatives, including digital and social campaigns. We’re looking for someone who has: 10–12 years of relevant sales, producer management, or field engagement experience in the Property & Casualty discipline. Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable results. P&C License required in the residence state, or have the ability to gain the license within 90 days of employment. Experience serving as a senior field leader, influencing internal and external stakeholders at a strategic level. Skilled in facilitating business planning, performance reviews, and producer enablement sessions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presence in high-stakes settings. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment. Must live in a SageSure market, have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel regularly (3+ days per week). A Property & Casualty license and/or relevant professional designation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn reporting tools such as Domo.
