• At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in a Audio Visual industr

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions and services.
