You understand the importance of building trust and fostering collaboration to create a successful and sustainable team environment.
As we reenter the Norwegian market with our updated HRM SaaS platform, you’ll play a key role in scaling our sales efforts. This includes growing our customer base, building a strong local presence, and helping to position our solution as a leading HR platform in Norway. You’ll also be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, supporting team development, and putting in place effective structures and processes for long-term success.

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership from B2B SaaS, ideally in the SMB segment within fast-changing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead outbound prospecting efforts and empower teams through hands-on support and impactful knowledge sharing.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, and a preference for value-based selling.
  • Track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams, setting high standards, and fostering a culture of growth and performance.
  • Ability to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and use insights to drive decision-making and forecasting.
  • You engage stakeholders effectively, adapt to various communication styles, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Highly structured with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible to change.

As a leader, I value ownership, innovation, urgency, and driving results while holding a high bar for ourselves, each other, and the experience we deliver. I believe we win as a team, through collaboration, trust, and shared ambition.
I’m also passionate about growth both for individuals and the team. Helping people step into new challenges and build on their strengths is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
In this role, you’ll join a strong sales team with the chance to scale our impact and accelerate growth in the Norwegian market. Your leadership will bring our go-to-market model to life—fueling team performance and customer success.

There’s a lot of exciting work ahead, and I’m looking forward to finding the right person to take it on with us. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, I’d love to hear from you.
