JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Sales Manager (Account Executive), you will be responsible for driving new business revenue and managing key client relationships. You will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them to achieve their marketing objectives through the effective use of Smadex’s platform.

Requirements

  • Proven track record: 4+ years of successful sales experience in the digital advertising industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology: Strong interest in digital advertising and marketing technology.
  • Ability to travel: our target audience and customer base is located in multiple countries throughout EMEA. The successful candidate will therefore be expected to travel once or twice per quarter
Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key prospects. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Account Management: Successfully onboard and manage a portfolio of new business accounts. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand client needs and objectives and provide strategic guidance. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Smadex’s products and services. Articulate the value proposition to clients and prospects.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
