Job Description 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth. Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and KPIs for the team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness. Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture. 3. Revenue & Performance Management: Analysis sales data and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and manage sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and pricing strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and partners. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement SF tools and processes to enhance customer engagement and retention. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends. Qualifications Industry & Experience 5+ years sales management experience in exhibition/MICE/B2B events industry; experience with large-scale exhibitions (like STE) preferred. Familiar with global and Chinese exhibition market trends; bachelor’s degree or above in related fields (master’s a plus). Sales & Strategy Proven track record in developing sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and achieving revenue targets. Ability to analyze sales data, market and competitor dynamics to optimize strategies. Team Leadership 3-5 years experience leading sales teams (5+ members); skilled in team recruitment, training and KPI management. Able to foster a results-driven team culture. Customer Management Strong ability to build long-term client partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. Familiar with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM tools.
