Description

We are a family run, Carbon positive company who work with the world’s leading spirits and drinks brands. For over 40 years we have been supplying the drinks industry, we develop glass and barware to suit their brand characteristics, budget and other requirements. We offer a complete design service from concept through to production.
We supply through 3 main routes: design and distribution of premium glassware and barware to leading drinks brands and distilleries, B2B through hospitality; supplying the worlds leading hotels and bars, and lastly through online sales.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Established experience managing reasonable sized customers.
  • Experience maintaining and developing existing business relationships and understanding the standards and attention to detail required in delivering branded products.
  • Ability to develop new opportunities, drive sales and grow the business into new domestic and international markets.
  • Experience of achieving and managing sales budgets.
  • Proven and demonstrable commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both live and virtual, with the ability to constantly assess the needs of the customer.
  • Regional knowledge and experience of working within the UK and Europe (this role does not include Scotland and Ireland) together with the flexibility to travel and work within different time zones and to extended hours when required.
  • A proactive and creative approach to achieving success coupled with a tenacious work ethic.
  • Degree level education.
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current right to work status in the UK required.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE MIGHT ALSO BE USEFUL?

  • Experience of import and export
  • An understanding of the drinks industry
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or wholesaling business
  • The ability to speak an additional European language
  • Experience of branded and bespoke product sales
Responsibilities
  • Be a key member of our branded and bespoke team where we design, manufacture and supply premium barware and glassware to some of the worlds leading brands as well as smaller distilleries and business around the world.
  • Develop the UK market from our extensive database, visiting distilleries in England, Wales and Europe offering our design and branding services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients from design through to manufacturing by understanding their buying journey. Our clients come to us for our expertise, value and bespoke service, your commitment to this will be key.
  • Manage international accounts which will require travel outside of the UK likely once a month on average.
  • Work flexibly, taking on additional tasks as and when the business requires.
