YouAppi is a rapidly growing and advanced app retargeting company that is changing the way mobile marketers find and retain mobile app customers. As a Senior Sales Manager You will work closely with an international team and have a direct impact on the growth of the company. This position entails driving new business revenue through strategic relationship building with advertisers and agencies in the mobile app landscape. In This Role, You Will: Build and execute go-to-market strategy including but not limited to a short and long-term account and agency plan, a staffing plan that supports scaling of business, and the ability to define clear lines of account and agency responsibility. Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients. Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan through a deep understanding of YouAppi’s products and ad inventory. Scoping, building, and onboarding strategic revenue endeavors through cross-organizational collaboration. Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close. Collaborate with the team to add strategic consultation to named accounts. Accountable for servicing and driving customer satisfaction for accounts. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising, and public relations communities. Partner with the Operations team to set proper expectations with customers and serve their needs. Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, account management, and more. Requirements About You: You have a persuasive personality with a passion for startups and challenges. You are tech-savvy and have a good understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changes. You are a good communicator. You work successfully in a team environment. You are organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach when addressing clients’ needs. You love learning and helping people, and you want to get people excited. Requirements: 5+ years of experience selling in mobile marketing. Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field. Experience with mobile DSPs, Programmatic User Acquisition, and Retargeting. Salesforce and Hubspot proficient. Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data. Successful experience managing a team of salespeople.
