You will work hands-on with prestigious Consumer Goods & Services clients, addressing their most complex challenges through innovation and strategic execution. Your insights and deep analysis will play a pivotal role in helping organizations achieve operational excellence and maximize shareholder value. This remote position allows you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while impacting multiple geographies. \n Accountabilities Collaborate with clients to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. Analyze and interpret business metrics to advise on operational improvements. Support clients in expanding into new markets and optimizing their value chain. Employ innovative methods to increase sales and profit growth. Engage with cross-functional teams to drive profitable solutions. Ensure effective project execution and deliver measurable results. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services industry or consulting. Expertise in Analytics or Platform implementation (e.g. Salesforce). Hands-on experience in sales processes, route optimization, and incentive management. Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing functions in the CPG context. Basic knowledge of data maturity challenges and analytics operating models. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
